Crystal Singing Bowl Chakra Attunement

Singing Bowl 
Internal balance is required to live a healthy & harmonious life. When the energy centers of the body, the chakras, go out of alignment it can cause mental, physical, emotional and/or spiritual stress. Bringing the chakras back into alignment isn't always an easy task. This singing bowl session will help you to activate & align your chakras. Utilizing the vibrations of seven crystal bowls that are attuned to each of the body's seven energy centers; we will help you bring your body, mind, and spirit back into harmony.
